On-Site Events

Venue

Face-to-face events take place in our modern and light-flooded conference center at the DBFZ in Leipzig, Torgauer Straße 116. We thus offer the opportunity to exchange ideas with the other attendees on site, to network and thus to make professional connections.

Arrival

For a safe and punctual arrival, we have provided directions to the DBFZ here. A limited number of parking spaces are available for event participants. It is not necessary to register in advance. If DBFZ parking spaces are fully occupied, we kindly ask you to use public parking spaces in the surrounding area. Of course, we also welcome those arriving by bicycle and will provide parking facilities on the DBFZ premises. In any case, we ask that you only use the designated car parking spaces and bicycle parking facilities. We also ask you to observe the rules of the road traffic regulations on our premises.

For your safety

The health and safety of our guests is very important to us. We therefore take this very seriously! We ask you to take note of and observe our safety regulations!  To this end, we apply the following procedure during events: 

You will be welcomed by us in the foyer. You will be asked to sign our security regulations on our premises and will be issued with your name badge. Please wear this openly and visibly at all times to identify yourself as an event guest in our building. We will provide you with our safety regulations in writing. To speed up the registration process, you are welcome to view our regulations in advance here.

Accommodation options

For your stay in Leipzig, we have provided an overview with a selection of hotels for you here. Due to the excellent public transport connections (Tram line 3 stops directly in front of the DBFZ), we recommend staying in a hotel in the city center. If you are traveling by car, we also recommend the surrounding hotels.

WLAN

We can offer you free WLAN on site. You will find this under the name “DBFZ-EVENT”. You will receive the corresponding password on site.
