As part of the DBFZ Annual Conference, we offer interested parties the opportunity to present relevant current research results and findings as part of a poster presentation and to exchange ideas with the participants on site.

The topics for the presentation will be assigned to the focal points of the annual conference:

•  The future of biomethane - exploring the possibilities
•  Bio-based solutions for negative emissions
•  Biomass cycles

What we offer:

In a three-minute poster speed presentation, selected speakers can present their poster to the participants (online / presence). In addition, they will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with the participants on site in personal discussions. Following the DBFZ Annual Meeting 2024, with the consent of the speakers, the posters will be published with abstract and contact details in a conference reader (ISSN number), which will be made available to all participants and other interested parties for free download on the DBFZ website.

What we expect:

The selected speakers will be available for a three-minute poster speed presentation on the second day of the DBFZ Annual Meeting 2024 (12^th September 2024) and will present their poster to the participants (online / presence). Presentation slides can be used for this purpose, but are not required. The accompanying poster exhibition is open to participants and speakers on both days of the event. Poster exhibitors are expected to bring their poster in paper form and to be available for questions and explanations at the poster during all breaks on both days of the event.

By the way: There is a DBFZ Poster Award 2024 to be won! In addition to the content and excellence of the research, other criteria are also included in the evaluation. These include a clear and interesting communication of the scientific content, taking into account the attractiveness of the presentation and the clarity/comprehensibility of the text.
