Christiane Hennig is an energy and environmental policy scientist and works at the DBFZ on issues relating to the use of CO2 removal technologies, renewable hydrogen and the design of bio-based value chains. Since 2010, she has been the national representative in the IEA Bioenergy Technology Collaboration Programme, where she leads the international research group on bioenergy with CO2 capture and storage and carbon management.
