Ronja Wollnik studied Sustainability Science at Leuphana University Lüneburg and Chemistry at Leipzig University. Since June 2022, she works on the topics of negative emissions and bioenergy at the DBFZ. Her methodological focus is on the development of indicators and scenarios for an integrated system assessment of technologies and cascades. Since 2024, she has been doing her doctorate on the topic of regional decision support for bio-based CO₂ removal in Germany.
