Before the event

How can I register as an exhibitor?
Please use the registration form in the Exhibition section of the event website. Registration is possible until one week before the start of the event at the latest – or as long as stand space is available.

Where is the exhibition area located?
The stands are located in the conference and catering area of the DBFZ in Leipzig – with direct access to participants. A site plan can be found in the download area of the website.

How big is the stand space and what is provided?
Each exhibitor has an area of approx. 2 × 1 m at their disposal (subject to a fee). The basic equipment includes:

  • 1 table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 partition wall
  • Power connection (please specify the required connection strength when registering)
  • Wi-Fi

Note: Large exhibits or technical equipment must be registered in advance (including dimensions and technical requirements), as they may be subject to inspection.

Are there any design specifications for the stands?
No, the stand design is the responsibility of the exhibitors.

When does setup and dismantling take place?
Setup is possible from around 7:00 a.m. The event team will provide instructions. Dismantling takes place after the event.

How does delivery work?

  • The exhibition area is accessible at ground level.
  • Parking spaces are available on site.
  • Delivery is possible by prior arrangement.

Can exhibitors contribute to the program?
Yes. If you would like to offer a technical presentation, pitch, or short lecture, please contact the event management team in advance to coordinate.
As a rule, a short company presentation (approx. 3 minutes) is also included in the program, during which you can give an oral presentation of your company or institution.

Visibility and communication

Are exhibitors presented online?
All exhibitors appear with their logo and a short text on the event website. Please send the following when registering:

  • Company name
  • Contact person
  • Link to homepage
  • Short text (max. 500 characters including spaces)
  • Logo (.png or .jpg)

Will exhibitors be presented on social media?
Yes, selected exhibitors will be presented via our channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram). Your consent is required for this (download area).

Will an exhibitor directory be published?
Yes, a digital directory is available on the website.

Is there an opportunity for exhibitors to give presentations?
Yes, a short company presentation (approx. 3 minutes) is planned as part of the program. Please prepare an oral presentation.

  • Slides are optional, but you are welcome to submit them in advance (you will receive an upload link from the event team).
  • You will be notified of the exact presentation time in good time.
  • Consent to the publication of the slides is required (download area).

On-site service and support

What services do exhibitors receive on site?

  • Support from the DBFZ event management team
  • Storage space for unneeded materials (limited capacity)
  • Wi-Fi
  • Participation in the conference program
  • Refreshments during breaks for two people
