Discounted train tickets
For many of our events, we offer you an event ticket for travel to and from the event in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn. This allows you to travel comfortably and safely as well as at a low fixed price. At the same time, you travel sustainably - with 100% green electricity on long-distance and local trains.

The following applies to all event tickets:
Validity: | The event ticket is valid on all DB AG long-distance trains (ICE,EC/IC). You can also use local trains (RE, RB, IRE, S-Bahn) for the outward to the (main) station and the onward journey to the destination. |
City-Ticket | Included from a travel distance of more then 100 kilometers and in over 120 cities (for information on the City Ticket and where you can travel with it, go to bahn.de/cityticket). |
Seat reservation | Included in 1st class when booking online based on a train schedule, i.e. when a specific train route is selected during the booking process. |
Target Group | Business trips, such as attending congresses, trade fairs, company and seminar events. |
Period | Depending on the event period, maximum 14 days. |
Replacement or cancellation: | Replacement or cancellation possible until and including the 1st day of validity for a fee of 19 euros. Day of validity is printed on your ticket. |
